Bought 3 variations of Schefflera today and only 1 was marked! Ok here is [glow=red,2,300] #1[/glow] Schefflera just freshly repotted as soon as I got home! What are these?I'm a noobie ;D Here is [glow=red,2,300] #2[/glow] just repotted also lil while ago. Don't think this one will be in this pot much more than a year......depth was ALMOST shy! Finally [glow=red,2,300] #3 [/glow]who is gonna hafta wait for a repotting till I find it a home! This one was marked as a Schefflera "Moondrop" (Schefflera arboricola) Not sure if it is right or not as people play with the tags at the store!

Wish I could help you more on the identification of your plants. I looked around on the internet for an hour or so trying to find something that I could match up with your new plants but unfortunately to my newbie eye I could not gather enough information to feel confident in making a positive identification of the plants. Despite my lack of help, I must say that I do like them. They look healthy and I am sure that they will work out fine for you.

Allen says Jerry is the expert on these. Hopefully we will know beyond a doubt what they are once Jerry gets a gander!

Your first and last plants are Schefflera arboricola or Dwarf Scheffs except plant number two is a Pachira. If you check on Fuku-Bonsai site at www.fukubonsai.com/3a2005d.html you can find lots of information on these plants. Your last tree is a variegated Dwarf Scheff. All the plants make nice bonsai.
